« Notre chambre n’était pas prête à notre arrivée. Nous devions avoir une chambre au 2e étage mais avons du se contenter d’une chambre au 1er sinon nous aurions attendus. Par contre, la chambre obtenue était très propre et confortable. Les chambres côté rue sont très bruyantes à cause du traffic. Somme toute pour 1 nuit l’hôtel est bien correct »

« Excellent room and service at an excellent price! Very comfy beds and rooms. Highly recommend. Nice free coffee in the morning. My only critique might be that I wish they offered a small continental breakfast but that’s nitpicking. »

« They are in the process of remodeling but the room we stayed in was great. Very nice and roomy. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. We had a great stay. And will check with them on our next visit. »

« Sweet historic house in the heart of Valle Crucis, great communication and easy self check-in. Check website for "extras" like weekend food options and fun things across the street, enjoyed the pm music and nordic sauna! Great front porch with a view, lovely tubs in rooms, lots of personality! Definitely read details on room location if guests with mobility issues but lovely! »

« Cabin was nicely arranged and had most amenities needed. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom which was unfortunate. We enjoyed the gas log fireplace. A repairs are needed: microwave door is significantly cracked, the back left stove burner does not work and the ceiling needs some places repaired in a couple areas. There were plenty of clean linens and blankets. We would certainly book with them again. »

No gross carpet, no drapes that don’t close out sunlight, a balcony with rocking chairs & table, flashlight, large walk in shower, rain head, no fog mirror, nightlight, excellent lighting, nice linens, free bottles of water, refrig & coffee maker. Sheryl at check-in efficient, friendly & informative. Well done!! »

« This is one of the most charming inns! Yes, it's a bit old and the room a little small, but it's clean and super bright. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept like babies being able to open the windows instead of having to endure the noise of the air conditioner like in all places. The front desk staff was very nice and called within a few hours of our arrival to make sure we liked our room and were comfortable. We will absolutely return here!
