Linens and towels were good quality and very clean. Bed was comfortable, we slept well. Couldn’t wash my hair in shower because rainhead had weak pressure and would have taken forever to rinse out shampoo. 'Chris at the front desk & Kacey at the bar/food area were both very helpful and friendly. Did not get the room serviced on Saturday and we had to call for more towels, which were available. The TV remote needed fresh batteries.'

'Just a very pleasant surprise on many levels. This is a smaller hotel that is newer, yet retains its charm as a unique, mountain type escape. Staff is extremely helpful. Be aware that because this is not a chain, staff hours are not 24/7, so it is worth confirming your arrival time with the hotel directly a day or two in advance to ensure someone is there to greet you and get you checked in.
