The place is very spacious and clean… will come again… the only issue we had was the water pressure to the sinks in the Master bathroom is very low.But overall a great stay!!!

Great property for the price, but they need a maintenance person to walk through the house and tighten things up. Toilet seats were missing screws to hold them on, door handles were super loose, and the dining room light flickered constantly. Several items in the kitchen were not clean, and the dishwasher had missing parts, so the entire top rack did not get clean. We had to do laundry daily to have enough towels for all our people, and the available pots and pans are not appropriate for cooking a meal for a group that fits in this house. I asked questions before our trip but got no reply. It's not an individual who runs it; it's a property management group, so contacting them beforehand didn't work.This was my first experience with VRBO, so I now know a little better what to expect.Would I stay here again? YES, the location is great, and now I know what I would need to make my stay more successful.

To begin, the place and the neighborhood is old, the pictures that you see on the site does not reflect the house at all ounce you are inside. It smells old like it hasn’t been used in a while. We found roaches and couldn’t take a shower in the first bathroom, water will stay in the tub for hours. Backyard was described as “Oasis Backyard” that is so far from the truth. A small grill was on the floor and not functional at all so we went to Home Depot and bought one. We did get reimbursed which is a very good sign. The kitchen is not a fully kitchen. Had to drink wine on a cup of coffee because there was not enough of anything (There were 6 of us). Multiple food seasoning bottles were hard to use, looked like expired or haven’t been used in a long time. And then there is the TV, trying to watch some World Cup games but couldn’t get local channels at all. It was very disappointed 3 days in this house.
