A few of us traveled to Houston on a business trip, and we chose to stay at this property. It was a last-minute booking, and Lawrence was kind enough to open up the reservation for us so we could book for the same—which we truly appreciated.Overall, we had a really great experience. We did run into a couple of small hiccups when we first arrived, but as soon as we reached out, Lawrence came right over and took care of everything. He’s a great host—very responsive, helpful, and open to suggestions.The neighborhood felt a little sketchy at first glance, but once we were inside the gated area, we realized we were completely safe and comfortable. Now, just a fun heads-up: there’s a rooster in the neighborhood who will absolutely wake you up in the morning. If you don’t have an alarm, he’ll make sure you’re up and ready for your day—and he’ll even come out and greet you in the street as well!Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality.
