BRIEF INTRO
***SPA and POOL CAN BE HEATED***
The property is located in the luxury area of Houston city called the GALLERIA MALL . You can even walk to the mall 5-10 minutes if don’t feel driving.

HOUSE RULES:

***NO PARTY
***MAX CAPACITY IS 14 people, at all times at the house. Regardless of staying or visiting, we only count the total number of people entering the property. If you exceed this, we will charge $60 per person per night 3 PM - 11 AM , or per 24 hours window . Max we can accept is 15 people with extra fee.

***24/7 SECURITY CAMERAS POLICY:

NO CAMERAS INSIDE HOME but 2 cameras inside garage , 7 cameras OUTSIDE , 1 front door, 1 back door, 2 driveway, 1 outside gate , 1 right side, 1 left side of the house. All outside cameras can actively 24/7 record sounds, photos, videos.

We ONLY place camera devices in public, common areas such as garage, EXTERIOR boundary, front entrance door, back exit door, driveway, gates , left-right sides of the house , etc , for safety.

We NEVER/ DO NOT place cameras in your private bedrooms. EACH CAMERA FLASHES TO PUBLICLY INFORM YOU THAT THE PUBLIC AREA IS 24/7 RECORDING

RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY RULES :
The property is located in a single family HOA neighborhood with by laws, legal deed restrictions .
There are a few things the HOA limits against short term rental renters :

***MAXIMUM CAPACITY 14people at all times , regardless of staying or visiting , please do not exceed 14 people .
***Please do not park on the street, all cars must be parked on the driveway
***Please no loud noise, no music outside , all activities must happen inside
***Please no smoking any drugs that the smell could travel in the air to the neighbor houses
***Please do not step into neighbor driveway or boundary , this might cause TRESPASSING issue
***QUIET HOURS 11 PM - 7 AM
***Wear reasonable swim clothes when use the spa and pool , CAN NOT BE NAKED .

Upstairs (2nd floor)
Room #2: 1 KING BED (attached closet , attached full bathroom with tub)

Room #3 (MASTER) 1 KING BED , full bath attached with standing shower, hot jacuzzi tub attached closet

Upstairs (3rd floor)

Room #4: 1 KING BED , shared full bathroom with tub style , with attached closet

Room #5: 1 KING BED , shared full bathroom with tub style , with NO attached closet


ROOM #6 : Mini bonus room #6 is located inside room # 5 , SINGLE floor thick 12 inch memory mattress , no bed frame , with attached closet .
