The neighborhood is quiet, gated and safe, and is very close to MD Anderson & NRG Stadium, Rice University, Baylor College of Medicine, and UT Health Science. Have a day out at the Houston Zoo and Museum District nearby.

Convenient and easy to get to Texas Medical Center

This apartment is nice for families. We stayed January 1-3, 2025. Tho only thing you need to be aware of is that you hear everything from the apartment above from little kids running back and forth to anyone talking which means the apartment below can hear you talking. We actually enjoyed the children running above because it made us think about the small children in our family and we laughed trying to guess what they were doing as they ran back and forth. Th children usually stopped around 10:00 pm. We are grateful for Lily and her hospitality.

Houston Apartment

This apartment was perfect for our family of five. The location provided perfect access to the city and surrounding attractions. The apartment community was gorgeous— a beautiful pool, greenery, and sidewalks for walking. The apartment itself was the perfect size for what we needed and allowed our family space during our extended stay in Houston. It was quiet and easily accessible. We especially appreciated the host’s attentiveness to our needs during our visit. She was always incredibly prompt and responsive to any questions. The parking garage was a bit of a tight squeeze, but nothing crazy. Just something not be mindful of for anyone with a larger vehicle. We would definitely recommend this rental to others!

The host was polite and readily available to answer any questions. The apartment was close to MDA, which made it the perfect place for us to stay. We felt safe and right at home in our 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Highly recommended!

Cozy comfy apartment

The unit was clean, comfortable, well decorated & very convenient to MD Anderson where my sister had multiple appointments. We enjoyed spending some free time at the pool & exploring the complex. Lilly was very kind & responsive. We even met the cleaning crew as we were leaving. They were so pleasant & helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Will definitely stay here again!!

Great property, great service

Very well equipped property, very clean, well-designed. Though we didn't use them, it was good to see that condiments, oil and vinegar were provided, together with hotel-type toiletries. Free parking in the shade was very welcome! Not the fault of the owner, but be aware that the gated entry barrier will close violently on your car if you're slow to drive through: there is no automatic stop mechanism if an obstacle is detected, which is a safety issue because the obstacle could be a child. As it was, our rental car was quite badly damaged. Otherwise, a great stay, with excellent communication with the owner Lilly.

Perfect for Patients

My husband and I stayed in this apartment while I was a patient at MD Anderson for a few days and it was everything we needed - close proximity to the medical district, clean, comfortable, hot water, stove top and refridgerator for cooking, tea kettle for comfort and spacious. I highly recommend! It was such a relief to come home from treatment and enjoy this well appointed apartment.
