NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ALLOWED (of any type). Only the listing guests on the reservation should occupy the house. Violations will result in extra charges.

🐶 Pets are not permitted.

🏘️ Please be aware that a long-term tenant occupies a separate unit on the property and has their own private entrance. The only shared area is the parking/carport. Guests have full and exclusive use of the front and backyard throughout their stay.
🐜 The property is nestled among beautiful trees and natural surroundings, which is part of its charm. Due to Houston’s hot and humid weather, we recommend bringing insect repellent if you plan to spend time outdoors.
