The space
Down stairs space near the pool. The pool is a nice place to sit and work or eat. No loud kids, please. There is NO smoking allowed anywhere on the property including the pool area.
Master bedroom with Queen Bed and en-suite bathroom. Comes with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, stove, oven, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Fresh, clean towels, bed sheets and pillows are provided. Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, and soap are available. I can also supply an ironing board and hairdryer if needed. Free WiFi. New Washer and Dryer inside the unit.
You can get maid service for $85.
My place has been newly remodeled and re-designed just for Airbnb guests in mind.
Guest access
You will have exclusive access to everything in your unit. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque grill can be made available for outdoor cooking. There is a small, private, outdoor patio available.
Other things to note
This is a very quiet 30 unit complex. Most of the condominiums are owner occupied.
One of the neighbors is a professional masseuse. Let me know if you want her booked in advance.
