'We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The junior suite was spacious, clean and provided a view on the ocean.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and cool boxes are available to take to the beach.
There is also a jacuzzi and small pool.
Overall, a great stay in a quiet area of Maui.'

'This is a simple, classic, hotel sandwiched between some bigger less personal venues but nonetheless also popular. The Mauian is very different from the others though and people who stay there know that about the place. The beach is very private even though accessible to the public, which is a plus - wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and again and again.'

'We were appointed to this hotel by Alaska airlines due to a late night flight cancellation. The first two rooms offered to us smelled of mold, mildew, and sewage. Both of the first two rooms were declined by us as the odor was too foul to even go in. The third room also smelled of mildew but was not as foul as the first two. We accepted the room out of desperation and fatigue. The room was so small, it did not fit the two of us and all of our luggage and still be able to open the door to the...

We really enjoyed getting to know him and all the care he took in providing for the guests. Ian was truly the cherry on top!'
