'This was our first time here, location is very conveniently close to shopping, restaurants and even the carnival port for cruisers. We stayed the night before our cruise for May16. Check in/out was east ave quick. I don’t remember the guys name who checked us in but he has great customer service.

'Pillows were like planks once you laid upon them. They sunk down and became really hard flat surfaces. Nothing comfortable about them.
Rooms well Air conditioned but the lobby and elevator were not at all. Not sure what the issue was, but I never spent any time long enough to really care. Breakfast area was closed my entire weekend stay.'

'Outside appearance was good but check in area is very small, it’s just like budget in motel for me, the place is not hotel looking inside. 'I had a decent stay, the hotel was clean but completely empty. Most of the lights were off in the lobby at night. The morning breakfast was nice as it included yogurt and various cereals as well as some eggs. The room and bathroom were clean. Overall good stay!'
