'The hotel overbooked. I had to wait 30minutes to check in as he sorted out the issue… We were offered to be moved to other hotel and I was like what? Finally they had a 1 king instead of the 2 queens i I had reserved… terrible… this has been the first time this has ever happened…. So beware of this hotel if you book with them…just be prepared..'

Sheets were NOT clean smelled like old man.
When we requested new sheets she brought us one set for a double room and then left when she should have at least helped to change the sheets.
Additionally when we changed the sheets we had to remove the mattress cover because there was a blood stain on the mattress cover.
We had very little confidence anything had been washed or cleaned. We ended up using our own blankets to cover up while we slept....

'Ontvangst was prima en de kamer ook. De borg is 150 dollar en dat is absurd. We zijn nu een week verder en het is nog steeds niet vrijgegeven op de creditcard. Alle andere hotels wel dus en een hoge borg en laat vrijgeven.
Daarnaast was het ontbijt slecht. Toen we aankwamen was alles leeg (7.30 uur). Toen we vroegen om aanvulling reageerde de medewerkster zeer geïrriteerd. We konden alleen een wafel maken. Uiteindelijk werd het eten aangevuld maar het kostte veel moeite. Ik zou een iets...
