Mohamed at the entrance was very kind and the kids felt as if they came home, the rest of the trip they kept talking about this hotel. They helped with arranging drivers and tours where asked. 'The hotel is not in the best condition. They definitely need new towels and new sheets. Also, when you eat in their restaurant and put the bill on your room, make sure you take a picture of the bill.
