« Un hotel qui a la prétention de se positionner parmi les meilleurs hotel de Houston.
Des vieux meubles complètement usés, des lits a vous casser le dos et la nuque...
une piscine inaccessible si elle est réservé (cela n'est pas mentionné par l'hôtel de la réservation) et donc un service proposé inaccessible
Des concerts le samedi soir dans l'hôtel a vous empêcher de dormir, et pour s'excuser (ou vous dire tais toi) on vous offre une pauvre bouteille de vin blanc.

« Hôtel avec énormément de monde. Check in rapide et personnel souriant. La piscine était remplie de monde. Dîner inclus sous forme de buffet type fast food. Trois boissons alcoolisées offertes par adulte. Petit déjeuner inclus. Parking payant. Demander une chambre au calme car situé le long de l autoroute. Nous étions à l arrière et c était calme. »

« I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. I also enjoyed the spa and the overall atmosphere of the property. Everything was well maintained, and the service made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers. »

« L’hôtel est très bien équipé, bien situé. La piscine est assez grande et la salle de sport ouverte 24h/24.
La literie est confortable et les chambres spacieuses, modernes.
Le seul bémol est le bruit : j’étais côté autoroute et la vitre n’est pas bien isolée. Aussi le réfrigérateur est assez bruyant à certains moments. »

« This hotel was very nice and close to a lot of things such as shopping and dining. The hotel itself was very welcoming. The staff were very friendly. The rooms could use a little remodeling however they were very nice and spacious. The pool of course was the highlight of the trip because my daughter stayed there. This whole hotel was comfy/classy and I would stay again. »

« Attached to the Galleria, the hotel is convenient if you want to shop 'til you drop, but is distant to the Houston downtown. I was there only for one night for a medical course, but the hotel lacks a restaurant of its own, with only a bar in the lobby area. There is food from the bar which is decent. There is a restaurant across the driveway which is good, and of course there is a food court in the Galleria but takes a novice awhile to locate (Lower level FYI).
