'We were surprised that we were assigned a studio apartment with a handicapped bathroom. The shower cannot be contained in one spot. Water goes all over the floor. You must dry it after using the shower, otherwise you might slip and fall when needing to use the toilet or brush your teeth. 'Itās a very good located hotel with self check in. Unfortunately, despite it was indicated itās non-smoking, our studio was extremely stinky. We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I donāt know how itās possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc).
Nobody showed up the next day. So our complaint was not resolved.
