'Beautiful property with a great view. Homeowner is very responsive.'

'Our family of 10 (6 adults/4 children) was very comfortable staying here. Its walking distance to Grand Lake Lodge was a huge plus. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and even had all the kid stuff we needed. There is no A/C but we were able to cool down the bedrooms at night by opening windows and running fans. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the back deck view was breathtaking. This was a fantastic rental home experience.'

'The house and property were amazing! We loved all 15 family members being able to sit together at the dinner table! The kitchen was well appointed. There was plenty of room for multiple kitchen helpers at the same time. The rushing river was the hidden gem of the trip! 'The property was beautiful and amazing , The scenery absolutely gorgeous . We truly appreciate our stay ! Definitely would recommend any family to reserve this property! During our stay we drove nearby and saw a moose and her calf in pond . That was one of our many highlights. '

'The Riversong Lodge exceeded my expectations. Beautiful setting on the Colorado River with an extremely well equipped lodge. Lots of outdoor and indoor spaces to relax. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. 9 of my 12 siblings attended along with their kids and grand kids. Perfect location for a family reunion. Very close to Grand Lake and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. This place is amazing!'

'Amazing space with great lake views from both levels of the spacious deck! Within walking distance of town where there are shops, restaurants, and lake access. National Park entrance is just a few miles up the road. Communication with the hosts was excellent!Kitchen was huge and well stocked. '

'Enjoyed our time at the lake house. Great location and views. The townhome had everything we needed, kitchen well stocked, towels, toiletries, etc. We really appreciated the crockpot to have a meal ready for when we got back late from golfing. We rented a kayak from Trail Ridge marina and had a great time on Shadow Mountain Lake, hiked to Adam’s Falls and a little bit further to an amazing view of Mt Baldy. First time to Debbie’s Drive-in, yummy burgers and milkshakes. '

'It was an awesome place to stay. The view from the deck/kitchen was awesome. Check-in was easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Wi-Fi access was good. The layout was very roomy.'

'Property was spacious and comfortable for our group of 7. It is one stop light from the resort. we had a non-skier in our group that did the drop-off and pick up daily which made it very convenient. You are probably 2 minutes by car from the resort and 8 minutes to the Safeway grocery store. Cabin was warm (not drafty / old) nice modern appliances. We fit a 4 dr Ranger pickup in the garage and a suburban in the driveway and it fit perfect. Host was responsive. Very easy house to settle...
