Hilltop Cottage with room to roam on 20 acres. NO CLEANING FEE

Plenty of private space.
Beautifully newly remodeled 1950 Farm House. This cottage is on 20 manicured acres with access to the properties fire pit and a private pit in the front yard. Plus, lots of walking areas on the property. There is a nice pond and woods view from the living area.
It is just a few minutes from downtown and bathhouse row, and 1 minute off of Central Avenue. And just 1 minute from groceries and a great liquor store. There are restaurants 2-4 minutes away. Lake Hamilton Marinas and boat rentals are 2-3 minutes away.
The cottage is 600 feet off of the road with paved driveway which gives a secluded private feeling. The home is about 500 feet from main house with privacy fencing between. For colder months there is a wood burning stove with firewood provided.
Just outside the front door there is a wood deck with rockers to enjoy the property from.
The home sleeps 4. The main bedroom is a new king size with new mattresses and bedding. The second bedroom is a queen size bed with new mattress.
The home is fully updated and renovated . All furnishings are also new.
Enhanced cleaning practices are being used due to Covid-19.
Guests need to be aware that for the protection of their vehicle to not park directly under the large trees that overhang parts of the driveway. *Please note. New photos are in the works to be posted soon due to furniture changes and updating as of Dec.2025

This property is absolutely amazing. From the private drive, having all the space you need, you are welcome to roam the whole property, its so quiet also, to all little details in the house I'm just speechless. the house is fully stocked for a night or a week of staying. All the little details, washer pods, dryer sheets, coffee and tea, soap and shampoo. All you really need is snacks and drinks. The beds were amazing and the house is fully updated. You are minutes away from everything and less then 15 from downtown. We will definitely be back soon. You would be a fool not to rent here!

Brad and Devon were great hosts, and the property was terrific. Drinking coffee while watching the deer graze and squirrels play was a wonderful way to start our 35th wedding anniversary. You are extremely close to all the major attractions in the area, yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. Thanks again for the great memories. Brandon and Veronica.

Far Exceeded Expectations

Our stay at the Hilltop Cottage was perfect! I appreciated the care Brad and Devon put into their property. It is clean and tastefully decorated with little touches to make you feel comfortable and at home. I loved that we could utilize the whole property. My boys (3,6) loved exploring the woods, pond and play scape. That was such a bonus! 10/10 recommend!!

Great place

I came to town for a fishing tournament and only stayed one night but the house was easy to find and easy parking. The host was very accommodating and the house was very clean. This is definitely a place to stay if you’re coming into the lake Hamilton area.

Wonderful place to stay and the location is so pretty. The entire house was beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable beds and very nice furnishings. Lots of extra nice touches. It sits on top of a hill and the surroundings are gorgeous. Brad and Devon are lovely hosts and very helpful. The next time I am in Hots Springs I will definitely stay here again.

It got the job done

It is a place to stay but not a place to enjoy. The furniture and beds were uncomfortable, the lack of a normal trash can in the kitchen made a week long stay awkward, and the second bedroom was poorly lit.

Tiny Gem on the hill.

This was the best little get away we had. It was such a pleasure to stay here. So quaint and charming. Smelled amazing and made you feel at home. The hostest with the mostest is what I am calling them! Communication was amazing, host were very friendly. They pointed out highlights of the property to us. We had no issues at all with our stay. On reading past reviews if you see any thing that may make u unhappy with this property just do all of us a favor don't book it so that those of us who LOVE it can stay there again. This listing has no room for petty betties to stay LOL. We will be back in the future. Thank you again so very much for the hospitality.

Relaxing

The cottage was super clean and comfortable. The decor of the cottage was fantastic and the property was gorgeous. The wildlife was abundant especially the deer. The cottage is charming and would be great for a couples get away or a young family. Take the time to explore the property. My daughter loved the little lake(pond) we wish we could have stayed longer just so we could have spent the day exploring all the trails around hot springs and the property. The host was great at communicating including directions for the cottage. 100% happy with this stay. Will stay again.

Sweet cottage

The cottage is clean amd nice. It's out of town a little bit but that's what we like about. Wild life all around amd a quiet neighborhood. This is our 3 year staying here and we will be back.
