Shadow Haven sits directly on Lake Hamilton, with a private dock and boat slip you can use throughout your stay. The open-concept main floor pairs a fully equipped kitchen — island, full-size appliances, coffee bar — with a living room built around a wood-and-leather sectional and decorative fireplace. Please note that the fireplace is decorative and is not available for guest use.

Step outside to a two-level deck with dining and lounge seating, string lights, a gas grill, and plenty of room to enjoy the lake. Down by the water, the private dock and boat slip put Lake Hamilton just steps from the house, whether you're bringing your own boat, using the kayaks, or simply enjoying a quiet afternoon by the water.

The home sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. Three bedrooms feature king beds, while the bunkroom includes three double beds, making it a flexible option for kids, families, or additional guests. Three full bathrooms with walk-in showers make mornings and evenings comfortable for the whole group.

Self-check-in is available with a smart lock, so there's no need to coordinate a meeting time.
We'll send a rental agreement for you to electronically sign within 48 hours of booking. The signature and government-issued ID must match the reservation name and the name on the credit card on file. A security deposit authorization is also required.

Please place household trash in the street cans and take it to the curb the night before pickup. Please leave the cans on the street after pickup rather than rolling them back to the house. A $100 fee may apply if trash pickup is missed.

There is currently a home remodel taking place next door, so occasional construction noise may be heard during business hours.

The outdoor sink is winterized from November through April and will not be operable during this time, if applicable.
