'Dit hotel bevindt zich op een prachtig gelegen locatie! Kamers zijn erg netjes, stijlvol en schoon. De service is het restaurant is uitmuntend, zeer gastgericht. De 24/7 koffie en snack service in het café was ook boven verwachting. Ik kan over dit verblijf niets negatiefs melden. '

'Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. '

'The good: Location, English speaking staff, luggage storage, 1 PM check out, close to all attractions in city center and a ton of restaurants. On-site restaurant too. The bad: Location. The street closes suddenly from time time when there are civic protests and marches etc. Not the fault of the hotel. Then you walk a bit to catch a taxi etc. Of you get your room cleaned by staff during a multi-day stay, ensure that you got all towels, etc. as they check at the time of check out. We were a...
