'I stayed at the hotel two times during my trip. The hotel was new, the rooms were perfect and the breakfast was the very best that I have had in Brazil and perhaps elsewhere. I was looking forward to rating this hotel. '

'We had a luxury hotel experience here, with excellent meals and great amenities. I have 2 remarks though. Firstly, the level of English of some of the reception staff was a bit lacking, which made it difficult to communicate with them. Secondly, when checking in, a R$400 charge was taken from my credit card as a safety. In itself that's understandable, but upon checking out, instead of deducting this from the amount that was due, I had to pay the full amount due on top of this, with the promise...
