'We stayed at Aloft Sugarloaf with our family for three nights, including Christmas, and had a great experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent with no issues during our stay. The gym was clean and well maintained, and there was plenty of parking available, which was very convenient. The pool was a little cold, but overall it was a nice amenity. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.'

'Even though the hotel is currently under renovation, we had a great experience overall. The walking trail right in front of the hotel was especially nice—it was quiet, perfect for a peaceful morning walk, and offered beautiful scenery. Although the trail isn’t fully completed yet, it was more than adequate for a relaxing 20–30 minute stroll.'

'The stay was excellent. The staff gets an A+! I love their customer service! This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and I am considering making this a regular thing each month. The only issue I have is that they need to fix that other elevator. This is the second time I have come back within the span of a month and the elevator is still not fixed. Other than that, it's always a good experience to be at a place and feel comfortable'
