'My family was very happy with our stay at the Elk House. I understand why this location has such high reviews. The home was spotlessly clean, comfortable, attractive, and was in a quiet, relaxing location. I wish that we had seen elk during our stay, but it was still nice to sit on the front porch to enjoy the view. (Be forewarned that the large field surrounding has many slugs lying in the damp grass in the early morning.)There is a master bedroom on the main floor that has a queen bed. There...

'Beautiful, clean and updated unit nestled in a perfect beach location with ocean sweeping views. We enjoyed our weekend of razor clam digging. The property features a clam station where we were able to clean our clams and then enjoy the backyard and fire pit. We will be coming back again soon!'

'Great place to stay, and would definitely stay again. Really nice place and a really nice area out back with fire pit, and easy access to the beach. They have a nice grill. Pictures and description need updates on Vrbo, due to TV being bigger and better than the description, and it also has a Roku, which is great. Needs a sign on side of the fridge, to point out the light switch hidden behind it.'

'Excellent property very close to Seabrook town center. Just a short walk and you are on the beach. Well decorated, peaceful, cosy and clean, Several nice touches for a rental - easy check in and check out. Highly recommend for a getaway in this lovely oceanside community! We loved it!'

'Great property and host! We really enjoyed staying in this quaint townhouse. The location was perfect as just steps away from restaurants and shops. We may bring our grandchildren next time as this home was super kid friendly with toys, books, puzzles and games.'

'I loved how my dogs could roam the yard due do it being fenced! It felt homey and comfortable. It had everything we needed and owner answered my questions very quickly. Only thing I wished for is a four person sized table and chairs so we could have had the room to play cards or board games, and a little more room to eat. We’ll bring our folding card table and chairs along next visit. We’ll be back for sure!'

'Perfect beach house! Comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The beach was a short walk away, and the back deck was an excellent spot to sit and enjoy watching the waves from afar. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We would have liked a few more days here!'

The location couldn't have been better – right next to the pickleball courts, which we took full advantage of every day. "Dit is een perfecte lokatie om een of meer paar dagen van het strand te genieten. Je loopt er zo heen. Goede restaurants ook erg dichtbij. Wij hadden kamer met balkon aan de zijkant. Ook dan goed zicht op de zee. Dan het hotel zelf. Ruime kamer met schuifpui naar balkon. Geen airco maar wel plafondventilator. Prima bed. Gewoon helemaal prima. Er is een binnen zwembad. Tenslotte is er goed personeel. Tammy heeft ons fantastisch geholpen nadat we wat in een restaurant haalden laten liggen. Geweldig!"
