'Air conditioning hot. Hallways bits of food on them. Rooms reasonably clean, however, water marks on the ceilings. Restaurant we could not get in for dinner, we ate from the bar, food was terrible. They refunded the food from the bar after we complained to the receptionist in the morning. In the morning we could not find any seat in the restaurant for breakfast which we had pre-paid. Asked the receptionist for a refund for the breakfast, she said "she would have to ask the manager. Five star...

'Arrived late and received a courtesy call from staff advising of parking options and entry instructions which were easy and efficient. Easy stroll to restaurants and supermarket for dinner and snacks. Pool looked so inviting, sad we didn’t bring our togs. Room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. We were just passing through, a shame we couldn’t stay. '

'I had the top 2 bed cabin and there had clearly been a hole in the wall that had been patched but not painted. This is also clearly a place for workers and the worker next to me had really loud music throughout the night. Otherwise it was a lovely cabin with everything you could need. '
