Conveniently located one block from WAIKIKI BEACH, this NON-SMOKING unit is close to a variety of activities including the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Shopping, Restaurants, Surfing and other water activities. Enjoy cooking in your fully appointed kitchen! The open air lobby offers a coffee shop, convenience store, and beautiful local art. Located on each floor are coin or app operated laundry facilities.
On the 16th floor in Tower 2 with an OCEAN VIEW, this unit features granite kitchen counter tops and is appointed with a full size sleeper sofa and fully stocked full sized kitchen. The bedroom offers a queen sized bed. Included in the unit is also a flat screen TV with cable, and FREE Wi-Fi internet. The FREE PARKING saves $50/day! Height limit on parking garage is 6 feet. High profile trucks and SUVs will not be able to enter garage due to height limit. Check in time is 4pm and checkout time is 11am. Early check in or late checkout may be available and must be inquired about at time of reservation.

The condo was ideal for our family of four. It was clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials. Monique went above and beyond by providing additional amenities for a beach day, including chairs, an umbrella, two coolers, and beach towels. Proximity to the beach was ideal. It was a 5 minute walk to a kid-friendly beach and minutes away from the main strip of Waikiki. We also appreciated the availability of a playpen and stroller, which were especially convenient for our toddler. The included parking was a big plus since street parking is not great. Overall, we loved our stay at Waikiki Banyan.

unfortunately the weather caused severe disruption to our stay, with two building evacuations/fire alarms and several power outages ultimately causing us to have to move out. fortunately, our host was excellent with communication and reaching out to us to offer another available property to move into. the banyan building is older and in the midst of all amenities being remodeled. we were disappointed to learn that we not have access to any recreational amenities like pool, spa, courts and bbq’s after we were already booked and paid for.having said that, the property was very well stocked with all sorts of cookware and beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrellas, small cooler). the bed was comfortable, the lanai was nice, the window a/c and fans functioned well and the little extras like foil, spices, and plenty of paper products were very appreciated. we utilized the full kitchen including blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, stove and oven and had plenty of room to freeze water bottles and store leftovers in the full sized refrigerator.the furniture and pots and pans could use a deep cleaning, but overall we were very happy with the space and all the conveniences. the parking was easy and perfect for us to come and go as we pleased.

We had an easy time parking our car when we arrived. The parking attendent was friendly and accommodating. Our room was comfortable. There are a few items that need to be updated. The pool was under renovation so we couldn't use it. The hotel is very close and in walking distance to the beaches, shops, and restaurants. The biggest deal for us was no parking fees or hotel fees. We will definitely return.

We had an excellent time . . . And everything was nearby, which was very handy because we only had five days.I’m not sure if the host can do anything about this, but the only negative was the loud air conditioner.I had no issues, but my partner had trouble sleeping because it was so loud.

Everything was terrific! We really enjoyed the included parking. We were able to find an open spot every time we arrived. Easy walk to waikiki but also an easy way out of town to explore the rest of the island! Communication was also great and the responses were always prompt.The only downside was that the curtains were not blackout and the city is very bright all night! We had eye masks and used them. Highly recommend!

The location of the unit was great. You are in the heart of everything Waikīkī. Beautiful view of the ocean. The actual unit wasn’t the best. The unit was not cleaned well. We found garbage in the bedroom drawers, the floors had dirt and sand all over them, the furniture was worn…bar stools were peeling, and the couch & chair had stains on them. There was no tv in the bedroom, and the air conditioner wasn’t strong enough to cool down the bedroom.

Location was very convenient with close access to the beach and local establishments. The room itself was located right off the elevator which was very convenient (location didn't result in any unwanted noise). The balcony had views to the ocean and Diamond Head with ocean breezes available at that height. The only issue we had was we wish the curtains were thicker in order to block out the light from neighboring buidings.

Would give 6 stars if I could

First time using vrbo so I was hesitant. But the property was exactly as advertised. We appreciated the recreation items and the host of kitchen supplies available to use. The beach and all the shops were within walking distance. I simply have no complaints. The host responded to text within minutes. I rarely travel anywhere twice but If I returned, I'd try to rent this location again.

We stayed 11 days for a family vacation. All was pretty much as expected. Great location. Bed was comfortable. Internet, TV, Refrigerator, Microwave, Faucets, etc. worked well. Furniture is a little aged - but comfortable. Host was very responsive when I had a question. I would stay here again.

Great Place To Stay !!

First and most important - Monique is so AWESOME to communicate with !! Responses were very quick ! The condo is perfect for two to relax every evening and the self prepared breakfasts were great - included fried Soam ! This is a great location for access to main streets and easy walking to beach and shopping areas ! There is so much positive to this location - very clean and everything you need is provided! Monique’s kindness alone is a reason to return to this property and we will !! Thank you so very much !!
