'House was nice and the location as well. The host was also quick on her responses which was great. Two issues we had was when we had arrived the house was not ready yet when my sisters first arrived. Our check in instructions said had our check in was after 3 and it was 4 when my sisters arrived and the housekeeper was still their cleaning. I contacted the host and she replied quickly and apologized and accommodated with a later check out. Our second issue was we found a used t shirt that did...

'This is a lovely and cosy property for staying in the donner/tahoe area. The property is pet friendly. I forgot to declare the pet before arriving as plans changed such that I needed to bring my dog with us. The owner simply charged me the appropriate fee and there was no further issue. All in all the owner is easy to work with and quick to respond to comunique'

'this was a rare family gathering with sons and wives and Mama. lots of items in the kitchen, hot tub great, fireplace lovely, peace and quiet, NO skiing at this time, lots of other things available that we didn't use, close to anything that we wanted to do, beds comfortable, the new bbq was great.
