3 bedroom 2.5 bath 1300 square foot home with hardwood floors, stainless appliances, screen porch, deck, patio and additional bathroom downstairs near the hot/cold outdoor shower. 2 queen beds, 1 double bed, 4 bunk beds and 2 full size fold out couches.
Sleeps 10 people in 7 beds but 14 people if you utilize both fold out couches.
Cable in living room and main bedroom with TV apps like netflix etc.
Bunk room and yellow room have TV's for fire stick or game system etc but no cable.
Parking accommodates 6 vehicles easily and you could also park your boat on the side.
Beach access is 100 feet away with a new Hatteras ramp that you can roll your cooler or cart over, no more stairs.
For the kids we have a large game/storage room downstairs with foos-ball, ping pong, pool table, toys and an air hockey table. More fun things added all the time for rainy days. We have bikes to borrow. This room can be used for your extra beach gear or suitcases.

There is a full size fridge in the game room.

We have chairs, boogie boards and sand toys for you to borrow.
For everyone to enjoy the beach breeze and view there is two patio areas, a large deck, a screened porch and a concrete area under the house.
For the dogs there is ample yard space all around and the backyard is fenced in.
For the fisherman there is a fish cleaning sink out back.
Park for the kids one block away.

Note: Smart doorbell, electronic locks and security camera. Nest Hello doorbell camera installed on front door, Nest security camera installed outside game room/storage area downstairs outside. The front door and storage area both have electronic deadbolts for your convenience. Customized code will be sent for your stay and no more worrying about lost keys.
