'Gorgeous view from the 2nd story master suite deck. Perfect place for morning coffee for two. The 1st floor also has floor to ceiling views to the ocean and plenty of room for family & large table for games. We even completed a 1000 piece disney puzzle on the coffee table--the puzzle was one of the things we found amongst the many games in the laundry room. 'Het huis staat op een prachtige locatie, er is een groot terras met fantastisch uitzicht. Groot minput waren de bedden. De bedden hebben een wat doorgezakt matras met enkele lagen schuimrubber erop. Dit was geen topmatras maar slechts wat schuimrubber zonder tijk waardoor het geheel geen ondersteuning geeft. 'This property is quiet, private, well appointed, and surrounded by wonderful farm stands with spectacular produce. We had seen the pictures, but the pictures do not do it justice. Waves, pelicans, bunnies, and beautiful flowers make it hard to come inside, but then inside is comfortable and beautifully equipped. We loved our stay.'

'Our family started a new a tradition of spending time once a year at Pajaro Dunes. House 33 was a great location and there were so many things to enjoy. Our four grandkids were able to walk to the beach and it seems like they can never get enough of the ocean. It's so beautiful. The house was very nice and very clean. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, the foosball and air hockey and the Jacuzzi. I could go on and on. Just a really great place and we had a really great time.'

'The property was perfect for getting our beach "fix" with good friends. Although it was a little cool, it was still a great place to be together. The setting was perfect, the townhouse was just as it was shown on the website. It was very clean and well equipped. The only thing we found was the bath tubs were very slick for showering, the spices were old or lacking completely, so just bring your own if you plan on cooking. All in all, a great place to stay!'

'This house was at the perfect central location for our family vacation. Having a CA State Park Pass to use was great too because there are lots of state parks in the vicinity. The beds were very comfy and we had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Jennifer checked in to see if there was anything we needed even when they were going to be away themselves and I love when rental houses use your cell number as the code for the door so you can be sure it's being changed between guests. 'Great location close to the beach, beautifully clean sand. The kids room is"epic!" According to the 5yo and 7yo. We just wish they would sleep in a bit in the morning. The pool is farther away than from other units in the complex but now that the kids are older it's fine. Easy walk/scooter ride.'

'We stayed for nearly a week in June, 2024. The outside of the buildings is weather worn, but we can see it is being worked on. The area where all the condo doors are reminds us of a tree house. Beautiful trees and plants and birdsong. There was ample parking right below our condo. Wheel barrows available for our luggage and supplies. Easy ramp for walking and then one flight of stairs. "Geen schoonmaak of aanvulling van handdoeken ect. wel om gevraagd maar geen personeel. Diverse malen om moeten vragen. Geen onbijt, wel een ontbijt zak af te halen bij de receptie echter geen faciliteiten op de kamer om te ontbijten. Zak ontbijt goed gevuld echter veel dingen overbodig koekjes, koffie broodjes ect."
