'Its a pretty rundown hotel, shower pressure is very poor with very basic amenity in the bathroom. It’s unfortunately also not so cheap, but is cheapest you can find around Brighton. So for a one night stay over it does the job. Location next to Preston Park railway station makes it prime location! '

'Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. I think you likely have to move...

'The property was immaculate in the manner it was presented , such great attention to details , with amusing chairs in the dining room. The staff were welcoming & very helpful throughout our stay. The bedroom was an excellent size , with excellent facilities. The accommodation is well situated for eating out and the town & beach . We hope to stay here again.'

'I loved it! The room was gorgeous, spacious and just right for my sister and I on my birthday eve. Breakfast was great and I am pleased. I didn’t realise it was above a pub but that wasn’t a problem. Free parking and 10mins drive to city centre. The AC in the room wasn’t functional but there was a back up fan that helped somewhat.'

'Very good, the only thing was the size of my room. I had a single room and it was OK for one night, because I had only a small bag with me. But if you have a suitcase or a big bag, there is no space in the single room. But the rest was very good.'

'My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. The only tiny, tiny complaint I can make is that the bed was really firm. However, I would stay there again. Everything else was great.'

'Heel mooi boetiek hotel. Top gelegen aan zee met een prachtig uitzicht. Mooie kamer met bad voor het raam. Geen lift maar medewerkers helpen met de koffers te dragen of in een soort dienstliftje te plaatsen. Hele aardige medewerkers. Wel jammer dat ontbijt tot 10.00 uur is. We kwamen er om 9.50 en toen waren de vleeswaren op die ze niet meer wilden aanvullen omdat om 10.00 uur het ontbijt sluit. Wat erg opvalt in restaurants en barren is dat het personeel al een half uur van te voren gaat...

'Very responsive and helpful communication. Canceled flights meant very late arrival and the directions that were given to get in were so clear and easy . Nice room with windows that open easily really clean. with a breakfast tray . But the location is so wonderful with coffee'

'Sehr zentral gelegen. Zimmer war sauber, Dusche und WC ok, Kühlschrank funktionierte einwandfrei. Bett war für zwei Personen etwas zu schmal. Personal bemüht und hilfsbereit. Empfehlenswer!'
