'Mister Jacob (the owner) is a very friendly man who is flexible in arriving and departure times. He responds to e mail almost immediately. He was there as we arrived later than expected from Miami. We were allowed to use the garage for the rental car. The house was clean and it is equipped with all the things you need such as a washer, dryer, big kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. 'Kim provided a great place for our short stay. It is a comfortable and clean space. Nice closed in back yard with a great view and privacy. Everything was in working order. Really appreciated the carport since it tained hard one of the days we were there and were able to stay dry from car to home. One heads up if you are going to plan on doing any cooking, the pots and pans are limited. I sm a seasoned traveler so I know to bring my favorite pan and knife. Thank you again Kim for a relaxing...
