« The staff was very friendly from the second we entered the door. I mentioned a discrepancy with their website and the pet policy; they were receptive and made sure that it would be corrected as soon as possible. Once they learned that we were there for a wedding, they ensured that we were all on the same floor to be together. Iâm nitpicking but there was some minor things that I wanted to note: our room phone didnât work (but we just used our cells to call room service) and the TV had a shortage...

« The hotel is comfortable, nice bed and linens. The shower was not good, drain not very functional and I was always wading in water. The bath was small and shallow, I was very disappointed with that as I enjoy relaxing in the bath while travelling. The whole hotel seemed dated and out of style. I felt a bit I was in a retirement community in Florida in the 1980's. I recommend they do some renovations soon. »

---- I am not disable but received a room for disable person which had almost NO light source in the room ! Dressing up in the dark it's RIDICULOUS !
