'Great property and super friendly staff!!'

'Everything was good. Only negative was the girl At the coffee shop in the lobby. She put two medium coffees on counter and announced “two medium coffees” and neither the guy next to me or myself realized each was for one of us bc we assumed it was for someone who ordered TWO bc that’s how she announced it. The. Seemed irritated that we didn’t get it. Oh and parking was not extremely convenient but still cost 35 bucks.'

'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'Carpet was old and needed replacement and cleaning. Quite smelly Once I mentioned to the front desk, they got maintenance on it and reported it to corporate. Needs some updates. Could not use the gym or pool area Gym smelled bad not cleaned though lots of housekeeping around and the pool water was and hot tub were merky. It was also insane that they were charging for unsecured parking that used to be free.'

'The room was very clean and beautifully appointed. The only problem for me is that the hotel is near the highway and a Main Street. The traffic is So loud. Woke me up every early, it was still dark outside. Add to that the sound of the air conditioning unit going on and off. The last night I just turned it to fan only. Thankfully it was not too hot outside. Unfortunately I couldn’t turn down the sound of the heavy trucks rolling by.'

'We enjoyed our stay overall and would definitely visit again. The jacuzzi needs to be some because it looks dirty on the inside.'

'The hotel was very nice and so was all of the staff. They had some remodeling being done at the time but there was no inconvenience with anything. We had a great time and would like to return again.'

'Bed was lumpy and room smelled Like stale cigarettes and marijuana filled the second floor. Kept the balcony door open for fresh air that made it difficult to sleep because of feeling unsafe. The staff were friendly at check in and check out. We only needed one night. Will definitely use a different hotel brand for next visit to Annapolis'

'Our room is shockingly awful. The appliances are dirty, primarily outside but I wouldn't use the microwave with a 10 foot pole. I always thought Hampton Inn and Suites was an upscale hotel. This looks like a Motel 6 or Super 8. I guess since it is pet friendly, it's assumed pet owners are dirty.'
