'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'Between the crowd, construction and run down facilities, we were highly disappointed in our stay.'

'This hotel is very run down. Water damage on the windowsills, a toilet that didn't work properly, extremely low water pressure in the shower, and snagged/torn bedding. The room has no storage in either the bed area or the bathroom. The parking is expensive ($35 per day) and no guarantee that your spot will be there for you if you leave and come back. The spots that are open are extremely tight. It's close to everything and the staff was nice, but I would never stay there again.'

'The hotel would have been ok but we were given a room key that opened a room that someone was staying in....IT WAS SCARY !! We go an upgrade to a suite but it was still scary... The couches needed to be replaced cause they were ragged.'

'Unfortunately they charged $10 a day for parking for a suburban parking lot that was not full. I could understand in a city garage or a very populated area, but that was not the case at this hotel. Additionally, my bathroom was not well cleaned. The swimming pool is used for physical therapy by an outside company, so the pool was crowded and not relaxing.'
