'Wonderful property, beautifully laid out, busy, but not crowded'

'We stayed in the historic section of the hotel and it was great. Lovely Victorian architecture but updated with modern plumbing, HVAC, electrical etc. The room was large enough, comfortable and the bed was very nice. All the staff we interacted with were very helpful and went out of their way to give us suggestions of what to see and do in downtown Austin. Especially helpful was Emily at the front desk and Timothy the valet manager. The location is perfect for walking to most of Austin’s...

'Excellent hotel - renovation nearly complete. Highlights - big lobby area and bar; location next to the river paths, downtown and South Congress; views from river facing rooms; incredibly comfortable beds; great convenience store and very helpful/ friendly staff. There’s major construction happening behind the outdoor swimming pool but difficult to avoid in central Austin! '
