'We all enjoyed this. Feels exactly like a mountain getaway. The decor and cabin itself are very rustic but has everything you need/want. Beds were super comfy. Kids loved the cabin and the meadow out back. It was perfect for us. Would recommend and would book again.'

The location of the house was perfect for all the things we wanted to do. The house was just as described and had everything we needed. The view from both decks was picture perfect. 'Adorable little cabin is an 11 minute walk to Main St, in a quiet neighborhood. It included everything we needed, except toiletries (I always bring my own anyway so it was no problem). We were disappointed that a recent storm had knocked out the living room fireplace and TV and could not be restored during our stay. We loved the sound of the rain on the metal roof.'

'We enjoyed the location of this cabin, secluded enough but easy to get to. Sky Valley is a nice resort. House was clean, great layout, big rooms and bathrooms were updated. Very quiet location convenient to many places- we visited Franklin and Dillsboro. Hiked Scaly Mountain and Blackrock. Our only glitch was access code to door did not work - casa was helpful but glad we arrived before dark. Leaves were everywhere which made walking to door tricky. No firewood for pit. No Tv instructions- but...

'Beautiful location in the Toxaway Community. The drive is beautiful and close to Cashiers and Highlands. The cabin was cozy and spacious, with a beautiful backyard featuring a running creek, spacious deck, pond and fire pit. Both double beds being king size was really a plus. We reserved dinner at the Greystone Inn Restaurant twice, and also at a couple nearby restaurants. There was plenty wood stacked outside for the fire place and fire pit. 'We had a great stay at the Lookout Cabin. It was my father’s 80’s birthday and we had 16 adults. The master suite on the first floor was perfect for him, since he had difficulty with stairs. We enjoyed all of the amenities including the hot tub, fire gas fire pit on porch and the great view on the expansive porches. No real issues with the property. Was relatively remote, but we hung out at the house most of the time. Close to Gorge’s State Park, great hiking/beautiful waterfalls. Improvements...

'A wonderful home to spend in the mountains. Lots of attention to detail (providing firewood) and fun amenities (hot tub, arcade, billiards, darts, games, porch bed, etc). My kids loved playing in the river. Jodi was a wonderful host and communicated well.'

'My husband & I were in town for a festival with our 10 month old. This house was so unique! We loved the big front porch and the quiet neighborhood setting. Drive to town is easy & quick. For our family of 3, we would absolutely stay again.'
