This Rent In Highlands vacation rental home is pet friendly for one small dog, under 20 pounds. Pets must be pre-approved. An additional non-refundable pet fee is required and is not included in the rental fee. Please call our office for approval and to pay the pet  fee. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $1000.00 fine.

It’s perfect for those who love to cook while away from home, with plenty of space and modern appliances.

Lower Level:
Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious room that serves as both a third bedroom and a den. This room includes bunk beds, a sleeper sofa, and its own wood-burning fireplace, making it an excellent space for relaxation or extra sleeping accommodations.

Step out from the living room onto the covered porch, where breathtaking views of Blue Valley stretch out before you—a perfect backdrop for quiet moments and deep breaths.
