Flats in Het zuiden

'Great property, quiet area. Everything is advertised. I would definitely stay here again.'

'We had a wonderful stay at the Hot Springs Lake Side Condo! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything was easy and stress-free from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were both simple and seamless, which made our stay even better. We especially appreciated that the condo was pet-friendly, so we could bring our furry family member along with us! 🐾 We couldn’t have asked for a better...

'We loved this place, great customer service, clean modern rooms and beautiful views from our balcony. It was quiet, relaxing and one of the best places we’ve stayed at near Daytona shores. '

'Really nice place. Very clean and very quiet. Beautiful ocean view. My only gripe was you cannot turn the air temperature below 72 or the coils will freeze. They did provide a small fan and since it is the end of October it's not as hot as summer months. I would stay here again maybe just not in the summer months.'

'Clean place and host was very helpful!'

'We really enjoyed our stay, condo was perfect, could use some brighter light bulbs, but everything went very well. We will be back'

'Perfect location, one block from the beach, right by lots of bars and restaurants without there being any noise. Property was clean and facilities were great. Shower didn’t have very good water pressure, but that is the only issue. Rooftop pool was very clean and quiet with lots of space to sit. One parking spot per room so there was no worries about getting a space'

'Very clean and had everything we needed. The decor was so pretty. We enjoyed our stay'

'Great location with well-appointed amenities. An overall excellent value. The only two things I would caution future guests about are the noise from the two bars located directly behind the property and the lack of soundproofing between units. While neither was a major issue for my husband and me, I do think they're worth mentioning. The bars were particularly loud on Friday and Saturday nights, and we could consistently hear guests in both the neighboring unit and the one above us. If you're a...

'We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The room is right off the elevator and made for easy unloading of all our beach things. Beds were comfy, kitchen had plenty of dishes for cooking the basics. Would definitely stay again!'

'The resort was wonderful and the condo was plenty of space for our family of four. We enjoyed Williamsburg and Busch Gardens during the day and pool and lazy River in the evening. Just note that the pool bar/food close at 7:00 pm so if you are planning on eating there get your order in early.'

'The host was very available to us; the space was very cozy.'

'I was able to check-in early and extend for a day. It was actually better than the listing.'

'Everything was as expected! Great place! The only thing I which we could change - to stay a bit longer on check out day then till 10am as our flight was afternoon.'

'This condo was perfect for us! It had a lot of upgrades that made it even better such as the rain shower head and the air purifier.'

'Communication pre-trip and throughout with the host was excellent. The AC was excellent and easy to control. With all of the sand in the area, we were amazed at how clean the home was. The location had perfect access to the beach so close. The view of the Gulf from the deck is slight, but it is there! Restaurants, ice cream, and even an acai shop were within walking distance. Great stay!'

'Everything was great. The only issue we had was how hard the beds were but other than that. the view was amazing and the space for 5 people was very good.'
