Mattress, towels, linens, soap, shampoo etc all high-quality. Great light but satisfying breakfast: yogurt parfait, good coffee. Cons: Receptionist was efficient though not terribly friendly. 'Super cute airstream trailer where we stayed during our UT/CO roadtrip. Very clean and seamless check in process even after hours. Lovely walking path down by the Colorado River. We were even able to use the grills to enjoy dinner.'

'The woman who runs the inn is very nice but the place is dated and the bed is incredibly uncomfortable. There is also no sitting room as you’d expect in an inn no housekeeping and your breakfast is at 8:00 or 8:30. No sleeping in.'

'We got there late and left early so didn’t take advantage of many amenities. The room was clean but dated. The bed comfort was 10/10. Property was busy but our room was quiet. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful.'

'From the start we had some hiccups. There is no front desk, no one working on site. Check in was through text which wasn’t sent when called the number the bar offered us it was an AI person which roughly took us 30 mins standing in the sun outside the locked front door. Once in the room was cute, nice with a wet bar too. The bathroom door slammed shut which left it smelling musty and poopy inside. We went to dinner enjoyed a concert and walked back to the end of our night. Once ready for bed...

'This boutique motel is the perfect place to plan your visit to Palisade around. The hosts are great. The rooms are fresh and spotless. The backside of the property gives you great views and added space to sit out and enjoy a coffee in the morning or an end of day beverage. There’s nothing I would change. This was my second stay here and it will not be my last.'

'We always stay at the Marriott when in grand Junction, good breakfast and diner, this time only a shower problem, the little thingy to switch between bath and shower was broken off so we had to sit on the bath floor to rinse off and the shuttle only picks you up until 6 pm, we arrived at 9 pm due American Airlines changed our tickets , the shuttle was there but they only picked up the crew so we had a $35 uber instead '
