'Ideal location as it’s12 minutes from the airport. While the motel is situated on a busy road surrounded by strip malls and fast food, it’s peaceful and pleasant inside. Has a lovely little courtyard with trees, landscaping, and a few tables and chairs. Nice indoor pool and hot tub, and a tiny fitness room. Staff were fine at check in and check out. Love the free breakfast, but coffee could be better. '

'This place was way too expensive ($500 for 2 nights) for grand junction and the condition of the property. It needs to be modernized. While staying there for a CMU tour, there was a kitchen fire or something. Tons of smoke and the smell of burnt hamburgers during our stay. No fan system going or anything. More like a motel 6.'

'Overall, we had a good experience here. We stayed in one of the tiny homes, and while it was advertised as sleeping up to six people, it was realistically only comfortable for four. The futon had a large metal bar running through the middle, making it very uncomfortable and not suitable for sleeping. The river access was amazing, and the property was clean and well-maintained. 'The woman who runs the inn is very nice but the place is dated and the bed is incredibly uncomfortable. There is also no sitting room as you’d expect in an inn no housekeeping and your breakfast is at 8:00 or 8:30. No sleeping in.'

'We always stay at the Marriott when in grand Junction, good breakfast and diner, this time only a shower problem, the little thingy to switch between bath and shower was broken off so we had to sit on the bath floor to rinse off and the shuttle only picks you up until 6 pm, we arrived at 9 pm due American Airlines changed our tickets , the shuttle was there but they only picked up the crew so we had a $35 uber instead '

'No microwave or coffee maker in room. Dorm style mini fridge didn't work in either of 2 rooms tried. Maintenance said they just don't keep things cold. Staff unable to make lobby microwave work. Hotel staff very nice, and place looks good, but property amenities normal in most lodging these days aren't available or working.'

'The staff were wonderful and very helpful! The room was clean and well stocked. The gym had a wide variety of equipment to use. There was ample parking. Definitely would stay again.'
