'Front desk, and I hate I forgot her name...was incredibly helpful...we checked in with a sick child and she got us extra blankets right at check in and let us know where we could get meds etc. She had an attitude of wanting to be there and wanting to help us. The room was also clean and laid out well with plenty of space for us and some separation between sleeping and living, which I really liked.'

'The breakfast menu was fine. The property felt very safe. My only concern was the almost child size height of the toilet was very low and difficult for someone my age with a bad knee. Other than that it was a wonderful experience and I will be certain to stay at Hampton Inns in the future. The staff was impressively helpful and courteous. '

'My stay at the Cottages at Laurel Brooke was wonderful. I wasn't in the cottage 10 minutes and I found myself taking pictures of the whole place (down to the Sumatra Coffee pods I love and drink at home) and texting them to my wife to brag on the place. My entire 4 day weekend stay was peaceful and incredibly comfortable. The pillowtop bed was fantastic! I am disabled, have a $5k bed at home, and NEVER get good sleep in a hotel. I travel with my own $300 mattress topper anytime I travel by car....

'The layout of the room was set up very well. It had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot. You could borrow items that were needed for the kitchen. The room itself had plenty of room, even with all that was in it. Also, very clean.'
