'We booked the cabin in the woods for family ski/snowboard trip. Crotched mountain was perfect for the kids learning and for us to enjoy as well. The mountain was about 45 minute drive from the cabin. We also were able to skate on the lake which it's a few minutes walk from the cabin. We really enjoyed exploring the farm and meeting the animals. I asked ahead of our stay what they would have available to purchase from the farm and Jenny stocked our fridge with delicious pasture raised meats....

'Newly renovated, beautifully done, lots of amenities. Responsive owner. Beautiful view, watch the sunset, easy access to Perkins Pond in the front yard, pine needle carpet - bring your crocks or Googone to get the sap off the bottom of your feet. We had a wonderfully peaceful girls' weekend and can't wait to do it again!'

'We had a wonderful stay for three nights as we were celebrating our daughter’s graduation in the area. The cabin is pristine, adorable, and well equipped with everything you need and so many fun things to do! We used the floating dock and did some fishing…played scrabble and darts and loved sitting on the deck and using the gas fire pit. Something for everyone! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Trevor was extremely responsive to all of my questions. Highly recommend!'

'We wanted a very quiet, private house to celebrate Easter with my daughter. This was the perfect place.... This cabin sits on 250 acres of a private estate. The pond, hiking trails, a covered bridge, and an old stone structure just added to the appeal. Our chocolate Lab had a blast exploring. We drove only once to the grocery store for all our food supplies. The stores are a bit farther than expected. There is a large fully equipped kitchen to make all of our meals, including a prime rib...

'The house was super convenient to Mount Sunapee and Newport is a really nice town. There were two families staying at the house with kids ranging from 11 years old to 1 year old. Everyone was very comfortable and we all had a lot of fun. I highly recommend staying there.'

'This was a perfect place to stay with several coworkers, as we conducted research on a nearby lake. Straightforward check-in and plenty of space for us to spread out. It is down a long dirt road (which is in great condition - very smooth and fine for all types of vehicles in summer), so feels quite remote despite having plenty of neighbors nearby. Quiet and comfy.'

'Staying at the Reuben Diamond house was a perfect choice for our trip to New Hampshire. The house perfectly captured the essence of New England and all it had to offer. The combination of it’s historic charm and modern comfort is tough to achieve, but our host did it perfectly! Beds were very comfortable, place was absolutely spotless, and the grounds made for a beautiful, quiet getaway. 5 stars all around.'

'This was an awesome place to stay and unwind. John was a great host and helped us get settled in quickly. It was nice that he provided a boat, kayak, and paddle boat to enjoy the river with. This location is very quiet and relaxing. All the conveniences of a small town are just a short easy drive away. I would recommend this vacation spot to anyone.'
