Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath sits on the lake and sleeps 4. This unit is fully equipped with a full kitchen, linens, bedding, two flat screen TVs, washer/dryer, high speed Internet and central heat and air. Completely renovated from floor to ceiling in 2022. The kitchen has beautiful custom cabinetry and Corian countertops. Dark plank ceramic flooring throughout. The furnishings are earthy with a contemporary feel. The Master Bedroom is beautifully furnished with a view of the lake, queen bed, flat screen TV and ample closet space. The second bedroom has direct access to a spacious stone patio. Both baths have been newly renovated with walk in showers, marble floors and new vanities.

The Roost comes with two outdoor entertaining areas, a lakeside deck with seating and dining options, and a stone patio for grilling, lounging, reading or taking a late afternoon snooze. Walk down a few steps from the lakeside, a great place to take a swim (new swimming dock!) or enjoy the sun. After dinner watch the sun set while enjoying a drink on the deck. Then top off the evening with a nice drink beside the fire pit while you make s'mores.

Please note: the boat dock is for Condominium Owners ONLY. You cannot access the dock nor park your boat there. If you need docking for your boat, please contact us and we can make recommendations. Kayaks and Canoes are no issue.
