'Great location in best fishing spot on the red river. Nice access to the river via deck, overlook, fire pit,and dock. It could use a good pressure wash and some maintenance but very functional. Inside tight but functional. Host was great with info and even helping me recover an item I left.'

'Property was wonderful, Cabin is furnished well, beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen and nice firepit. Only issue for me was the path to the lake was rocky and steep - pictures did not reflect that for me.'

'This place was extremely clean. They had extra ammenities for our stay. The host was amazing and helped guide us through our stay. Literally thought of everything! We went to see the full solar eclipse and even had solar eclipse glasess waiting for us. Amazing host couldn't ask for more. Thank you!'

'Everything was great the only thing I would say to the host would be to refresh the towels they did not smell good you could tell they had been under the sink for awhile. It also wouldn't hurt to bring your own toilet paper. I did enjoy the amenities and the fact that she didn't send me a whole list of things to do before check out. She was also very quick to reply.'

'We had a wonderful weekend on the Little Red River! We traveled just a short distance to Sandy Beach and the Greers Ferry Hatchery, as well as fishing from the provate dock, hanging out enjoying the beautiful views, fishing and grilling. Theres something for everyone to enjoy. All of the cozy comforts of home were provided with the abundant hospitality of a great host! 'It turned out to be the ideal location to view the 2024 eclipse!'

'This home was situated on the bank of the Little Red River as described. The screened in back porch and deck were perfect for lounging after a day boating and fishing. Although the river was very high during our stay, we did catch fish from the home's private dock. In addition, as someone who struggles with tactile sleeping issues while traveling (and often take my own bedding), I can attest that the sheets and pillowcases were soft and breathable. This detail made me feel like I was home away...

'The property was clean and well maintained. One tv in the bedroom and one in the living area. An easy drive to Heber Springs, Fairfield Bay and other areas. Very comfortable stay.'

'We have stayed in this rental before. The house is located in 1 of our favorite Littel Red fishing areas. Ideal for kayak fishing when not generating plus nice dock for boat access when generating. Will definitely return'
