'Nice clean and friendly'

'The room was on the smaller end but very very lovely. It was spotless and the bedding was nice and clean. Staff was very nice and friendly. Stayed for 5 nights, and if I’d ever come back to Sydney I’ll definitely stay here again.'

'The property is well located, with convenient access to Metro and bus services, as well as a good selection of nearby eateries. The gym is well equipped, and having access to laundry facilities is a definite advantage. Check in was fast. Staff are courteous and always willing to assist (including the cleaning staff)'

'Perfect appartment with all facilities you need. Serviced daily and one big clean up and service weekly. Espresso machine with cups, huge kingsize bed, 2 tvs, sofa, desk, huge bathroom, dryer, washer, dishwasher, all included. Also the pool is great, bit cold but perfect on hot days. The bubblebath is hot but has like detergent in it. Gym is fantastic and sauna a great place to relax. 'Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel.de mooie en goed uitgeruste kamer verraste ons. Wat een prachtig uitzicht en wat een fijn bed. Van het hotel een fles bubbels gekregen. Heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant en gebruik gemaakt van een aanbieding. Uitstekende kwaliteit, heerlijk. De ligging van het hotel is ook prima en makkelijk met het openbaar vervoer naar het centrum. Parkeren in garage, erg makkelijk. Personeel uitstekend.'

'Not the greatest experience, the room was tiny fir a twin share, the amenities were bleh. It was over $500 a night and felt like a buck fifty. I'll try somewhere else next time.'

'Everything was fantastic very clean and comfortable will stay again'

'Vriendelijkst personeel, super handig gelegen (bus voor de deur, supermarkt om de hoek, restaurants in de omgeving), compleet appartement.'

'Super hostel, zeer netjes, alles nieuw, 5 sterren '

'Place is right across the street from train station, which is convenient. The apartment is a bit outdated and has a big musky smell but it was comfortable. The parking is a bit tight. Place offered penty of supplies for cooking or doing your washing. Overall it was nice.'

'Goed onderkomen, vlak bij ferry, aardige medewerksters'

'The apartment was clean, small and about 500 metres from the shops on Middle Head Road. Parking is available on the site but only on a first come first serve basis. There are eight apartment but only three spaces available. This was first mentioned to us about 10 hours before book-in, after payment. Luckily, we secured a spot and left the car there and caught public transport. Accomodation is pricey near Balmoral Beach but I do not feel that I got good value for money here.'

'I stayed here for 1 night with my family on the way back to the Gold Coast. It was chosen as I lived in this building nearly 20 years ago and I wanted to show my children where I lived before they were born. They were extremely excited - until we got into the apartment. I have stayed in many different types of accommodation over the years and none have even come close to how horrible this property was. Before we arrived, we got an email with all of the rules - for the most part they were...
