'The property was well kept and that was impressive; however, the outlet in Room 204 near the closet did not work. The waste basket was left full for the two days we were in the room. The maid service came to our room and said she did not speak English but would return with her cell phone to translate. The maid service did not return with her cell phone to translate. For two days, we looked at a waste basket that needed to be empty.'

'Property was horrible. Felt like you were on a bad spring break. Horrible trashy crowd. Was embarrassed for my daughters to even see it. Pool was crowded and had hair all in the water and dirt. That was on top of the alcoholics that were in the pool. We were there an hour before checking out and booking a room for a cheaper price at Disney's All Star sport!'

'Very clean basic room. It would be better if they had a microwave in each room, and a couple more outlets to plug-in to. But other than that, very nice'

'Its an ok property. Breakfast is not included and somehow I missed that when booking. There were missed cleaning opportunities, such as the walls in bathroom. For a two night stay we were only supplied with one towel each for the whole stay. There wasn't a freezer for ice packs, so had to use ice machine, another thing possibly overlooked when booking. Although it wasn't cheap, its definitely a low budget kind of stay.'

'The room was clean. Everything worked as it should. Breakfast was ready on time and was very good.'

'The room we had was clean but not spacious. Because we had booked for 4 nights we tried to get a bigger room but to no avail. Biggest disappointment was the airconditioner, which was very noisy. The staff was ok, but not exceptional in customer friendliness (see above). The exception being the lady in charge in the breakfast room. She was very friendly and helpful.'

'Lots of variety in the breakfast. Very nice staff in the kitchen. Excellent location with easy access to Rt 290/395 and Mass Pike. Bathroom could use an upgrade.'

'Went to use the pull out bed and it was gross and had cereal and candy all over it. We complained and were immediately moved to another room.'

'All I can say is the people and the facility are great now the breakfast on the other hand is reasonable except for the hot items like the eggs are squishy, watery, spongy, and gross'
