All I needed for a fire was ready to go, bed and bedding was luxurious and comfortable, coffee for the morning with REAL creamer in the fridge. The dining room and common sitting room was inviting and decorated beautifully. My made to order breakfast was healthy and delicious. Biggest treat was the personable staff. True locals that treated me like a new friend.'

'This place is quaint, clean and absolutely lovely. Our room was great, and the bed and linens were 10/10. But even better, was the delicious homemade quiche and pastries every morning. Highly recommend this as the best place to stay in Taos '

Making reservation online the room I chose appeared to be on a beautiful waterscaped garden. However, the room I got was overlooking grass. The check-in was mediocre. The clerk could not answer the few questions I asked and wasn’t engaged.'

Biggest complaint was the AC unit sounded like something was being thrown around inside of it and the mattress topper on the bed was too small so it continually came off the bed throughout the night . 'Great place to stay, we had a feel of our native place, superior architecture, little old but maintained well. Carved Wooden furniture gave nice feeling of ancient time. We had a short trip so we booked there for 1 night only, wish we could have planned more and explore more there.'
