'Upon arriving after an 18-hour drive, I was SO impressed. The check-in process was so easy, the parking was also easy and conveniently located close to my unit. I was so grateful that at 1am, it was a smooth process. Also, there were plenty of spots in the parking garage AND it was a rainy night so being able to go from the garage to the unit without getting all my things wet was a huge plus! The unit was SO much bigger and nicer than I expected. The pictures definitely don’t do it...

'First of all it is not a Clarion but is now a Holiday Inn Express and Orbitz doesn’t notify you of changes like that. The neighborhood is not great didn’t feel safe to walk the .7 of a mile to Nissan Stadium. Most all of the staff was very helpful and nice, but the Housekeeping staff was rude and unhelpful. In fact they would lie to their supervisor if you asked to have your room cleaned at a later time. '

'Check in time was 16:00, I had booked 2 rooms, one was available at 16:30 and then we had to push them to give us the other room at 17:30. The reception staff didn’t seem interested and housekeeping were very disorganised! The rooms were very basic with no water, tea and coffee facilities in there and I had booked superior rooms!
