'Hosts were above and beyond in their communication with us. Having rented through VRBO a number of times over the years we can say that this house was stocked like nothing we have experienced before. The house was so clean. We love the FairPlay area, got to experience Burro Days and just enjoy the quietness of the mountains! It was just what the family needed. One note: the driveway is a real challenge and the altitude is definitely something you need to adapt to….. but worth the climb!'

'It was great location. Everything worked great. Here are a couple things we noticed:Upon our arrival the door code did not work on the front door. The back door was not locked when we arrivedIn the sauna was a small spider when we took care of. Also, one of the small key boards in the sauna is coming loose and falling out of place. "This is one of the hidden gems hotel. We were a little to early, because of the light traffic underway. But we could check in immediately and enter the room. The room was fantastic. Spacious and super clean. Beds were very comfy. Loved the digital doorlock. No worry’s for not working keycards. Breakfast was also great. Lot of choices and very friendly staff. Location is perfect. Close to downtown and highway. If we come back to Salida, we will stay here again !!"
