'First night we were given two towels for six people. Second night we were given two towels again for six people after a long day in the park, having no towels to take a shower with was annoying. The staff was less than helpful. The night desk at least pretend to care. The morning front desk female was uncaring and did not even pretend to be interested in rectifying the issue. Bottom line BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS if you plan on staying here.'

'The property is huge and beautifully maintained. The biggest complaint, if I had one, was that the two closest ice machines in the vicinity of our room were out of order. This is a wonderful property with a gorgeous outdoor pool, and the staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend.'

'Stayed only for one night. Very clean and new which is what I most like. Cleanliness is the most important feature for me and it was excellent in both the room and bathroom, as well as in the corridors, reception and breakfast area. Breakfast was average. We arrived at 4:30 pm tired and had to wait half an hour for the king-bed room cause they weren’t clean yet which is why this hotel gets 4 stars within it’s category because I think it’s a poor organization when anything like that happens...
