'The staff members were friendly and helpful. The housekeeping tidied up the room even though we were only staying two nights. The hotel is convenient located on Route 30 in York. The only blemish during our stay was the bathtub was slow to drain. I mentioned this to the desk staff when we checked out.'

'I was honestly surprised by how clean everything was. The room was well maintained, comfortable, and much better than I expected for the price. They also offered a hot breakfast every morning, which was a wonderful bonus and helped us save both time and money. I’m very grateful for such a great value and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the staff for providing such a pleasant experience!'

'What a pleasant surprise! I enjoyed the room and the property so much I didn’t want to leave! Michel and Anthony were very helpful at the front desk resolving a billing issue. Nice breakfast with real eggs! I’ll be back if coming through Carlisle again.'

'not that this was the hotel's fault, but a storm came through and there was no power until 2:30am. that was bad since we were in rooms at 7:30. but the next day they did do a nice breaksfast, but no ice from machines.'

'The staff were very professional, the room spacious and the breakfast was satisfactory. There was a tornado warning and it would have been nice if the staff directed the customers as to a procedure for this weather event.'

'Basic amenities, but there's a bar/restaurant right in the hotel. Win win and it's within walking distance to many other great restaurants and attractions.'
