'We were definitely disappointed. We booked this hotel because of the pool amenities, but once we got there not only did the hot tub not work (and didn’t look like it had in some time), the splash pad feature at one end also didn’t work. The lock on our door didn’t function well, the windows in both first floor rooms were broken, the soap dispensers in the shower didn’t work, and breakfast was subpar - we thought there was a waffle/ pancake maker in the pictures. Maybe you get what you pay...

'At check-in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We brought our luggage to our room, which felt very chilly. So we turned the temp up to 72 before going to dinner. Upon return, everything in the room felt damp. The carpeting, the bedding, the towels. Everything. It felt like someone had left a humidifier running for a few days.
