« This would be a great place to go with a large group like a family reunion or a wedding but we were there for the weekend for a basketball tournament by ourselves. The lodges are set up with a common area in the middle and the sound goes right through the doors. We had people playing pool at midnight and could hear everything. We could also hear the people above us walking around and there was a squeaky spot in the floor that they stepped on over and over. They were early risers, about 6...

« The staff are friendly and helpful, but my experience could’ve been better. It felt much more like an apartment than a hotel. First, there’s isn’t a coffee or water station. I’ve been at cheaper hotels like La Quinta Inn that managed to provide guests with a beverage station all day. It’s small comfort that’s missing. Second, the room’s lights are a cold white. It gives the rooms a clinical feel, as though you’re in an office or hospital. Third, they didn’t have a toothbrush or laundry...

« The room was very clean. The staff was very polite. The breakfast was adequate. It was the typical scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes with bacon bits. You had a choice of cold cereals or oatmeal. Breads consisted of toast, bagels, or muffins. Juices and coffee or tea. Everything was self-serve. Everything was clean and neat but just the run of the mill budget hotel breakfast. »
