'I don’t even understand how the health department allowed that motel to be on business. This is the filthiest place I have ever seen in this country. I should have taken a picture to send it to you guys. The carpet, I couldn’t even walk on it . I have to wear my shoes. Out side asphalt was cleaner than the carpet in that room. 'Scared for my life'

'The property was clean and we were able to get an accessible room. The TV, however, did not work. The box was exchanged, but we were unable to lower the volume or turn it off from the remote. The refrigerator also did not work.'
