'Comfort rooms'

'There was something sticky on the phone which got all over my ear. It was very disturbing. I went to the front desk to report it and was treated very rudely. Basically, the person said they could refund my room and go elsewhere. Since I had just driven nine hours to get there, I wasn’t about to do that. I went to take a shower to clean myself from the phone situation, all I had was scolding HOT water. I will never stay here again!!'

'Place resembles a drug den. Dark and poorly lit inside. Rooms are small and dark. I checked out as soon after I saw the interior. I will not pay for this place'

'The concert we attended was great. The casino was lively and has great ammenities.'

'The room was clean. The plumbing in the shower needs work. The room did not smell good. Motel staff kindly came up and sprayed room which seemed to eliminate odor. '

'Arrived to discover safety and other issues in our room. Checked on changing rooms but were told all similar rooms had the same safety issue. Also, upholstered chair arms were filthy and torn in one place. It looked like property might be located in a questionable part of town, and the last straw was that the breakfast drink dispenser had an "out of order" sign on it. With all of that, we decided to find another place to stay. There was also a $100 "damage deposit" required on check-in because...

'Super leuk hotel .. buitenkant lijkt niet bijzonder binnen daarintegen gedateerd sfeervol .. super vriendelijk personeel en klein en gezellig barretje . Goede stop op route 66'

'The checkout and check in process was extremely slow… the shower wouldn’t completely turn off and it wouldn’t drain. We had to stand in shin deep water while taking a shower. Definitely not what I expected for the price we paid.'

'Very rustic feel, would be a great location for a retreat. Pool looked beautiful, even though we didn't use it. Only complaint was the rooms don't have individual heat/ac controls... you have to call the front desk to change temperature. When we arrived, the window was open, and even though we closed it, the room was cold all night.'

'Great modern looking casino. The staff is 100% focused on helping you having a great time. The only area of improvement in my opinion, would be more food choices for breakfast & lunch. Actual sit down restaurants. But the ones they have are excellent '

'Een overnachting zoals je van Quinta kan verwachten, niets meer en niets minder. Wat tegenviel was de geluidshinder van de highway recht tegenover de kamer. En het rolgordijn stelde niets voor, waardoor het gewoon licht bleef in de kamer. Verduisterende gordijnen zouden hier op zijn plaats zijn. Waarschijnlijk kunnen die dan ook het verkeerslawaai dempen. '

'The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable plus well taken of. My parents and my child enjoyed the amenities especially the pool. We would definitely come and visit this facility again when we are in town.'

'The room was huge and clean! Staff was friendly. It was super hard to find the entrance to the hotel though. And the bathroom door is a pocket door that doesn’t completely close or lock. '

'I was greatly impressed with this property. The staff was awesome and had all needed amenities. Only drawbacks was a dirty room ac filter and a bathroom drain plug that didn’t work. Was still a very pleasant one night stay. Many thanks to all! '
