'Excellent location, within walking distance of both beach and town. Beautifully landscaped property. Clean, but room for improvement. Cobwebs everywhere. Lots of plates and glasses, but only 7 mugs, most of which were either badly chipped or cracked. Bbq was filthy, apparently hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. A manual explaining how to use the Aga stove would have been helpful. And our inability to control the heat temp locally (it was controlled remotely by the property manager) led to us...

'Very friendly host. Basics included (toilet roll, hand soap, washing up liquid). Great welcome package The only thing that let down our stay was the quality of mattress - thin and felt the springs'

'Clean and spacious for us (couple in late 20s). Good kitchen and cooking space with all utensils provided. The beds were comfy too. The sofas were leather and not very comfortable but we tried to be out and about as much as we could. No towels were provided Because of covid so we had to buy some as all of the information said they would be supplied and we didn’t bring any.'

'Cosy cottage - perfect for two and a dog. The cottage sits on its own, and has a secure gated driveway, but the added convenience of being just off the main road into Criccieth and Pwllheli, and with a mile walk to the beach. 'Overall stay was nice. Only issue was the piece of wood art above the bed. Was full off cobwebs and spider's. Im chronic asthmatic and this wasnt ideal for me with the dust. I cleaned it myself . '
